Payment & security deposit
A 50% rental payment reserves your date after availability and your rental agreement are confirmed. The remaining balance is due 14 calendar days before the event. Events booked within 14 days require full rental payment.
The $500 security deposit is collected separately and refunded within seven business days following return and inspection, less documented charges for damage or missing equipment.
Pickup & return
Pickup and return times are agreed before booking. Instructions and the pickup address are shared privately. Late returns: $50 per hour or portion thereof.
Before your event
We’ll collect your contact details, event date, start and end times, venue address, duration, and acceptance of the rental agreement. Print rentals also require your preferred print format.
Provide suitable electrical power and setup space. Outdoor events require advance approval and weather protection. Immediate digital sharing depends on reliable internet or cellular connectivity.
