REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellations

All orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled.

If you need to request a change, you must contact us immediately after placing your order.

Change or cancellation requests can only be accommodated if production has not yet begun.
Approval is not guaranteed.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.

  • Custom items, personalized items, digital products, rhinestones, glitter, craft supplies, and classes are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds are only considered for items with a verified manufacturing defect and must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

We do not issue refunds or replacements due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Customer address errors

  • Color variations

  • Minor imperfections or handcrafted variations

  • Normal wear, misuse, or improper care
