Custom Orders (Handmade Items)

Custom items—including but not limited to custom tumblers, custom shoes, rhinestone designs, apparel, and personalized creations—are made to order.

Production begins only after full payment is received.

Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

Colors, glitter mixes, rhinestone patterns, and finishes may vary
Minor imperfections are normal
Your order may not appear exactly as shown in sample photos

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept these variations.

Processing Times

Processing times vary by product:

Ready-to-ship items: 3–7 business days
Custom items: 2–6 weeks (or the timeframe listed on the product page)

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, high-volume periods, or due to supply delays.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other), KandiSparklez is no longer responsible for:

Lost packages
Delayed delivery
Stolen packages
Damaged shipments

Customers must file claims directly with the carrier.

Refunds will not be issued for carrier delays.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our business, many items are non-returnable, including:

Custom or personalized items
Digital products and downloads
Classes, workshops, and trainings
Opened rhinestones, glitter, or adhesives
Craft supplies affected by hygiene or contamination
Sale or clearance items

Refunds are issued only for manufacturing defects reported within 72 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

We do not offer exchanges for custom items.

Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order you place with us.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Payment Options (Including Affirm & Installments)

We offer various payment options, which may include third-party installment services such as Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, or similar providers.

Use of installment services is subject to approval and the terms set by the third-party provider.

KandiSparklez does not control:

Approval decisions
Interest rates
Payment schedules
Late fees

By selecting an installment option at checkout, you agree to the applicable provider’s terms and conditions.

Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

Any use of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk.

Future features or services introduced on the website will also be subject to these Terms.
