SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

Orders ship approximately 1–2 business days after production is complete.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays and vary by product type:

Ready-to-Ship Items: 3–7 business days
Custom or Made-to-Order Items: 2–6 weeks

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Note: Free shipping may not include tracking.


Shipping Availability

KandiSparklez currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.


Split Shipments

To avoid delays, items in the same order may ship separately.

Split shipments commonly occur for:

  • Custom items

  • Large items

  • Mixed-product orders

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.


Shipping Methods & Tracking

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Tracking will be emailed to you if it is included with the shipping method you select.
If your selected method does not include tracking, transit updates cannot be provided.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package is transferred to the carrier, KandiSparklez is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Damaged shipments

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

Customers must file claims directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
We do not issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses

  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate addresses

  • Return-to-sender costs

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.


Delivery Issues

If you experience a delivery issue, email us at info@kandisparklez.com and we will do our best to assist.
However, we cannot override carrier decisions or provide compensation for carrier errors.
