Payment & security deposit
A 50% rental payment reserves your date after availability and your rental agreement are confirmed. The remaining balance is due 14 calendar days before the event. Events booked within 14 days require full rental payment.
This attended package does not require a security deposit.
Delivery & service area
Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within 25 driving miles of the designated KandiSparklez service location. Events farther away require a custom travel quote and approval before booking.
Before your event
We’ll collect your contact details, event date, start and end times, venue address, duration, and acceptance of the rental agreement. Print rentals also require your preferred print format.
Provide suitable electrical power and setup space. Outdoor events require advance approval and weather protection. Immediate digital sharing depends on reliable internet or cellular connectivity.
